He or she should have experience with most or all of the following: buying and selling web sites, SEO, domain name resales, advertising, monetizing web sites, content development, etc. The ideal candidate is an experienced blogger who has experience creating a community at a blog and encouraging people to contribute and participate. If accepted, the blogger should be willing to promote Workboxers via social networking sites, related blogs, and other relevant communities.
