Writers living in places with high costs of living might find the salary insufficient, he says, but hey it’s worth a try–perhaps the pay is good enough for part-time work.

While I wouldn’t require a PhD in creative writing or any degree whatsoever, I would need prospective writers to have a good grasp of the English language.
