Social media intern for NGO
Bloggers who want to give back to the community may be interested in this vacancy.
Currently, there is an internship open involving blogs and social media in Downtown Providence. The non profit organization looking for an interested applicants is Seed Providence. The NGO is looking for a blog or social media intern who is willing to work flexible ours and also possibly work at home. The successful applicant will work along with other people who will try to keep abreast of what is happening locally and regionally — this will include entrepreneurial culture, downcity art, and other events in Providence.
To be clear, this is not going to be a paid position but you will get good refernces and a letter of recommendation from a worthwhile organization. What you will take with you is knowing that you have given your time helping a worthy cause.
